旋轉(zhuǎn)式充填機具有很高的生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)速度，即使在非?？量痰纳a(chǎn)要求下，旋轉(zhuǎn)式充填系統(tǒng)將物料連續(xù)的分發(fā)到旋轉(zhuǎn)的多工位漏斗里，瓶子在漏斗下，一個瓶子對應(yīng)一個漏斗，不等距螺旋和星形轉(zhuǎn)盤將瓶子均勻的對應(yīng)到每一個漏斗下同步旋轉(zhuǎn)并振動，螺桿計量機精確的將物料充填到漏斗里，然后物料在星形轉(zhuǎn)盤旋轉(zhuǎn)四分之三圈的時間內(nèi)從漏斗落到瓶子里，特別適用于瓶子口徑小，但包裝速度要求高的各種粉末和小顆粒物料。
Rotary Fillers provide high throughput and speeds for even the most demanding production environments. Rotary filling systems operate continuously with product dispensed into funnels traveling on a circular, multi-position turret. Containers are transported to the turret by an integral infeed conveyor. Timing screw and starwheel components space and position containers into the turret. Variable speed auger drives operate continuously to dispense product accurately. Product weight is easily adjusted by the operator. Production rates (c.p.m.) are adjusted by varying turret speeds.

該機主要針對容易揚塵的超細粉末及高精度的包裝要求而開發(fā)設(shè)計，根據(jù)裝在容器下面的重量傳感器給出的信號完成雙速充填、計量及升降等工作，適用于包裝添加劑、碳粉、滅火器干粉、其它超細粉末、及有高精度包裝要求的粉末等。
This model is designed mainly for the fine powder which easily to spout dust and high-accuracy packing requirement. Based on the feedback sign given by below weight sensor, this machine do measuring, two-filling , and up-down  work ,etc. It is specially suitable for filling additives, carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher, and other fine powder which needs high packing accuracy.

該設(shè)備是我公司在粉末罐裝領(lǐng)域長期實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,摒棄原有轉(zhuǎn)盤式喂罐設(shè)計理念,而全新設(shè)計的一款雙工位罐裝機。單排主輔雙頭充填系統(tǒng)和首創(chuàng)的喂罐系統(tǒng)，保證了高精度同時又去除了轉(zhuǎn)盤式喂罐系統(tǒng)清理不便的缺點。主要完成高精度充填計量工作?？膳c其它設(shè)備配套組成整套罐裝流水線，適用于罐裝奶粉、蛋白粉、雞粉、葡萄糖、米粉、可可粉、固體飲料等。
This series machine is a new-designed that we make it on placing the old Turnplate Feeding on one side. Dual auger filling within one line main-assist fillers and the originated Feeding system can keep the high-precision and take off the tiring cleaning of the turntable. It can do the accurate weighing & filling work, and also could combined with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line. This machine could be used in filling milk powder, albumen powder, condiment, dextrose, rice flour, cocoa powder, solid drink, and so on.

臥式螺帶混合機由U形容器、螺帶攪拌葉片和傳動部件組成；螺帶狀葉片為雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，外層螺旋將物料從兩側(cè)向中央?yún)R集，內(nèi)層螺旋將物料從中央向兩側(cè)輸送，形成對流混合。螺帶混合機對于粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體中添加液體及糊狀物料的混合有良好的效果，筒蓋可做成全開式門，以便于對設(shè)備進行清洗更換產(chǎn)品。
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consist of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. The spiral is dual structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing. Our DP series Ribbon mixer can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. The cover of the tank can be made as open in order to cleaning and change parts easily.

This Machine is a complete, economical solution to your filling production line requirements.can measuring and filling powder and granular. It consists of the Filling Head, an independent motorized chain conveyor mounted on a sturdy, stable frame base, and all necessary accessories to reliably move and position containers for filling, dispense the required amount of product, then quickly move the filled containers away to other equipment in your line (e.g., cappers, labelers, etc.).it fits more to the fluidic or low-fluidity materials, like milk powder, albumen powder, pharmaceuticals, condiment, solid drink, white sugar, dextrose, coffee, agriculture pesticide, granular additive, and so on.

本機為成品罐表面清掃設(shè)備,能對罐圓周、罐頂及罐底進行全方位吹掃；
罐子由兩條速度不一樣的圓形皮帶帶動，使罐子在走動時可以轉(zhuǎn)動，使安裝在兩邊的毛刷到刷到罐身的每個地方；
上下兩面采用脈沖風刀吹掃，配合集塵裝置，清潔效果極好，風源由本機自帶的蝸牛增壓鼓風機產(chǎn)生；
配有調(diào)速器，可對圓形皮帶調(diào)速；
全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，帶茶色有機玻璃外罩，粉塵不外泄污染環(huán)境，設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單容易操作；
底部帶除塵口，與除塵機對接，除塵機另購或用戶自備。
This is cans body cleaning machine can be used to handle all-round cleaning for cans.
Cans rotate on the conveyor and air blowing come from different directions of clean the cans.
This machine also equip with optional dust collecting system for dust control with excellent cleaning effect.
Arylic protection cover design to assure a clean work environment.
Notes:Dust collecting system(Self-owned) are not included with the cans cleaning machine.

提升角度：常規(guī)45度，可定制30~60度內(nèi)的任意角度；
提升高度：常規(guī)1.85米，可定制1~5米；
方形料箱，帶振動裝置，亦可定制圓形料箱；
全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，物料接觸部分均為304材質(zhì)；
備注：除以上所列輸送量外，亦可定制其它輸送量。

真空加料機由真空泵（無油、無水）、不銹鋼吸料咀、輸送軟管、PE過濾器（或316L不銹鋼過濾器）、壓縮空氣反吹裝置、氣動放料門裝置、真空料斗和料位自動控制裝置等組成，整套系統(tǒng)設(shè)計合理、制造精美。
真空加料機分間隙排料和連續(xù)排料兩種，間隙排料有利于降低設(shè)備的投資成本，方便料位控制，在多數(shù)情況下，我們建議用戶采用間隙排料式。連續(xù)排料一般用在長距離、大產(chǎn)量時對物料的真空輸送。
ZKS vacuum feeder unit is using whirlpool air pump extracting air. The inlet of absorption material tap and whole system is made to be in vacuum state. The powder grains of material are absorbed into the material tap with ambient air and formed to be the air flowing with material. Passing the absorption material tube, they arrive to the hopper. The air and materials are separated in it. The separated materials are sent to the receiving material device. The control center controls the “on/off” state of pneumatic triple valve for feeding or discharging the materials.
In the vacuum feeder unit the compressed air opposite blowing device is fitted. When discharging the materials every time, the compressed air pulse oppositely blows the filter. The powder attached on the surface of filter is blown off for ensuring normal absorbing material.
